For nonprofit organizations: Tell us about your organization and what you're trying to communicate. That's all we need to get started.
For corporate projects: Every project is scoped and quoted individually. Share what you have in mind and we'll build from there. Project minimums apply.

What most people want to know before reaching out

How far in advance should I reach out?
As early as possible. For larger projects, we recommend reaching out 4–8 weeks in advance to allow time for a proper discovery conversation, pre-production planning, and scheduling. For event coverage, 2–4 weeks is a reasonable minimum, though availability may vary.
How long does a project take from start to finish?
It depends on the project type. A straightforward portrait session can be turned around in 1–2 weeks. A produced video project — from discovery through final delivery — typically takes 4–8 weeks depending on scope, revisions, and scheduling. We'll give you a realistic timeline during the discovery conversation.
Do you travel for projects?
Yes. Travel projects are accommodated on a case-by-case basis. Travel costs are factored into the project quote. Let us know your location when you reach out and we'll discuss logistics.
What do you need from us before the shoot?
Your time for a pre-production conversation, access to the location, and coordination with any team members or subjects involved. We handle the creative direction, shot list, and logistics planning — we just need you available to review and approve before we show up.
How many revisions are included?
Every project includes structured revision rounds — typically one to two, depending on project type. The specifics are outlined in the project agreement. Additional revision rounds can be added for an agreed fee.
How are files delivered?
Final files are delivered via a download link or external drive, depending on project size and preference. Photos are delivered as high-resolution JPEGs (and RAW files can be included by arrangement). Videos are delivered in agreed-upon formats and resolution specs. Files are clearly organized and labeled for easy use.
Do nonprofits get a discounted rate?
We don't publish a fixed nonprofit discount. Instead, we discuss pricing privately after understanding your organization, mission, and project scope. The goal is always to find an arrangement that lets us do excellent work together.
